Experience: more than 30 years singing experience
Pauline has sung all her life – first appearing on stage as a four year old in a Patrick O’Hagan concert.
She then went on to tour New Zealand & Australia appearing in Jesus Christ Superstar and Godspell throughout both countries for several years.
She has directed in Auckland since 2006 – musicals- from epic stories with large casts including Carousel, Happy Days, Babes In Arms and The Sound of Music, to small 4 -6 person shows including Forbidden Broadway, Ruthless, The Musical of Musicals! The Musical! and [title of show] plus a number of one-off concerts and events.
2019 found her directing her first play The 39 Steps.
Pauline has also enjoyed many on stage roles in musical theatre - some of her favourites were Marion Woolnough in The Boy From OZ, The Reverend Mother in The Sound Of Music, Parthy Anne in Showboat, Sarah in Company and Fraulein Schneider in Cabaret.
Pauline works full time in the arts, teaching drama, singing and is also a tutor at StarJam, as well as 3 days a week at MEC.
She is also the President of Playhouse Theatre Inc in Glen Eden.
